• Press the (Quick Settings) button using your remote control in the case of Google TV models.
• Then, select Settings. Under Help and Feedback > choose Help.
• Go to Status & Diagnostics > System information.
• Then, select Apps > Help > System information in the Status & Diagnostics or Troubleshooting and system information Category.
• In the Troubleshooting and system information category, click Help > System information.
• Select Settings > BRAVIA Settings > Customer Support > Contact & Support.

The below procedure is specifically for the models released in 2014:

• Navigate to HOME using your remote control > go to Help (?) > Customer Support > System Information.
