Mewtwo Legendary Raid Hour was scheduled for today. But, it has been postponed now. Niantic Support tweeted that due to some technical difficulties, Legendary Raid with Mewtwo will be postponed to a later date.
Earlier Niantic revealed the schedule of Legendary Raid Hours for the month of September on September 03, 2019 and it can be read below.
Legendary Raid Hours September 2019 Schedule
From 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in your local time zone on the following dates:
September 4, 2019: Raikou, Entei, and Suicune
September 11, 2019: Deoxys
September 18, 2019: Mewtwo
September 25, 2019: To Be Announced
Many Pokemon Go players are quite angry and took twitter to express their dissatisfaction.
However, Niantic has not announced any new timings for the Mewtwo Legendary Raid Hour. We are keeping a close look at the matter and will update the post as soon as the new schedule arrives from Niantic.

On September 16, Generation 5 Pokemon made their entry to the game along with the third week of Ultra Bonus event. Niantic has revealed the list of Pokemon which will appear in the wild, eggs and raids and it has been detailed below.

How to Obtain Unova Stone
Just like the Sinnoh Stone, the Unova Stone in the game will evolve some Spefic Pokemon from the Gen 5.
However, Unlike the Sinnoh stone, which can be obtained via Trainer Battles, the Unova Stone will be obtained randomly through the Research Breakthrough. To achieve a Research Breakthrough, trainers will need to complete a research tasks for seven days.
